Beau is super nice and all around great to work with He knew I needed the floors finished quickly, so he worked things out so his crew could start right away. His guys are very professional. When it was all said and done after 5 1/2 days (the guys worked on Saturday too), the floors looked PHENOMENAL! The floors actually looked brand new, and the project obviously increased the value of the house immediately.

Royal Oak Hardwood Floors offers the following services to our Northridge Hardwood Floors Customers:
Sanding and Refinishing:
- Move all furniture in and out, as needed to complete job
- Plastic and seal off rooms to contain dust in working area
- Sand and buff existing floors
- Customize stain to your choice of color
- Re-coat with three applications of Polyurethane (stain)
- Clean dust from work areas and haul away all trash from jobsite
Installation of New Hardwood Floors:
- Removal of all pre-existing wood, carpet, tile, stone, etc.
- Installation of sub-floor with moisture barrier as needed
- Installation of pre-finished solid or engineered flooring
- Installation of unfinished solid flooring
- Installation of new base and shoe moldings as requested
- Custom borders and inlays as requested
- Clean up and haul away all trash from jobsite
