Royal Oak Hardwood Floors offers the following services to our customers:

Sanding and Refinishing: 

• Move all furniture in and out, as needed to complete job
• Plastic and seal off rooms to contain dust in working area
• Sand and buff existing floors
• Customize stain to your choice of color
• Re-coat with three applications of Polyurethane (finish)
• Clean dust from work areas and haul away all trash from jobsite 

Installation of New Hardwood Floors:

• Removal of all pre-existing wood, carpet, tile, stone, etc.
• Installation of sub-floor with moisture barrier as needed
• Installation of pre-finished solid or engineered flooring
• Installation of unfinished solid flooring
• Installation of new base and shoe moldings as requested
• Custom borders and inlays as requested
• Custom Hand Distressing
• Clean up and haul away all trash from jobsite
