My wife and I moved into a newly purchased home where there were numerous pet stains in the hardwood floors. Hard as that is to imagine, it was harder to see the beautiful Oak hardwood floors so damaged. The other bids we received to restore the floors all insisted all the wood needed to be replaced which was more than we had to spend. But Beau Pillar from Royal Oak Hardwood told us they could selectively replace the planks of wood which were the most damaged and blend those in with the original wood. After they were finished replacing the stained boards and completed the refinishing work, the floors looked as good as new. Beau's son Jaymes was very professional and particularly helpful in letting us see a few different stain colors on the actual floor to make sure we picked the color we wanted. Overall, I highly recommended Royal Oak Hardwood floors to anyone needing their floors restored or repaired. Their service is top-notch, they work very hard, and most importantly, the final results are amazing.
